Rejuvenating Vancouver’s Cultural Heritage

This project was part of a bigger development initiative by Vancouver’s renowned Real Estate Development company, the Millennium Group. The three-story heritage building under rejuvenation is located in Gastown and used to be the offices for the historic Merchant’s Bank of Canada - dating back to 1913.

Picawood’s carpentry expertise came into play as we finished the unique interior of the space with precise and detailed woodwork.

We covered baseboards, crown moldings, ceilings, wall panels and other precise tasks.
